My story began many years ago at around the age of fourteen years old.

I got myself into a lot of trouble which lead me to a life in prison for almost Twenty years.

I am now in my Thirty's and have a completely new life with away from the criminal justice system even helping to make change within a system that is broken.

I began to start writing poetry while I was in prison mainly down to anger and having no release.

Being able to put my raw thoughts and feelings onto paper has had a great impact on my life and has allowed me to share my life journey through the prison system and beyond. 

Now when I look back at some of the poems I have wrote over the past Thirteen years it is and incredible story from where I was and how I seen the world as a bad place to where I am in my life now and how I see the world in a completely different way.
